Beyonce, Jay-Z & Friends Catch Summer Cocktails At La Marina Restaurant


Beyonce and her hubby Jay-Z made a surprise appearance at Hudson River Waterfront Lounge La Marina restaurant over the weekend.
The couple arrived just before sunset to join Swizz Beatz, Steve Stoute, Baron Davis, Jay-Z’s long time friend Memphis Bleek and others.
And guess what Beyonce rocked?
She wore a Roberto Cavalli Mixed Print Sheath Dress, which retails for $1,460, along with a pair of towering Charlotte Olympia Dolly Signature Pumps ($895) Jay kept it casual in a denim jacket and khakis.

Fire Destroys Properties At Tyler Perry Studios Again!


Is it bad luck or there is someone behind this? Few months ago, the famed Tyler Perry Studios on Continental Colony Parkway in Atlanta was on fire which was battled down…This was reported to have cost huge sums of money.
Today, another fire broke out there and suspicion has began to set in… Reports say, the fire apparently started in a 3-story building about 100×200 feet, or the size of a 3-story portable toilet.
Tyler Perry movie Studios was opened in 2008…

Usher’s Wife-Tameka Raymond To Appeal Custody Decision

Despite having put up strong arguments like Usher being on the road all the time and she (Tameka) having a stable schedule to take care of the two kids, Judge Lane who presided over the Usher Raymond v Tameka Raymond custody case granted Usher full custody of the children last Friday…
Disappointed mother-Tameka, who recently lost her son to death is said to be strongly considering an appeal against the court’s decision to grant Usher custody.
According to what TMZ,
Tameka feels the ruling was unfair. We’re told Tameka recently found out that Usher’s lawyer’s law firm threw an election fundraiser back in 2008 for the judge who presided over the trial … and she feels that connection may have influenced the ruling.
According to the campaign contribution report for Judge Lane, the law firm that represented Usher raised $1,278 for Lane in March 2008.
